      • Businesses registering for wholesale orders must provide valid business information.

3. Orders and Purchases

   1. Placing Orders

      • Users can purchase perfumes either individually or in bulk (wholesale) through the app.
      • All orders are subject to confirmation by Eyfel Iraq before processing.

   2. Order Confirmation

      • After placing an order, users will receive a notification confirming that the order has been received.
      • You will also receive notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

   3. Payment

      • All payments are made upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
      • No online payment methods are required or stored within the app.

4. Delivery and Location Use

   • When you allow location access, we use it to determine accurate delivery addresses.
   • You may also manually enter or edit your delivery location from within your account settings.
   • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.

5. App Permissions

   • The app may request permission to access your location, camera, and files.
   • Location access is used to identify delivery addresses accurately.
   • Camera or file access is used only for uploading your profile picture.

6. Notifications

   • By using the app, you agree to receive notifications related to your account and orders.
   • Device information (such as a notification token) is collected solely to deliver app notifications.
   • You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Prohibited Activities

   • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the app or its services.
   • Providing false information during registration or while placing an order.
   • Using the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
   • Impersonating another user or business.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All content in the app, including logos, images, text, and designs, are owned by Eyfel Iraq.
   • Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without written permission from Eyfel Iraq.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Eyfel Iraq is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
   • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate order and delivery information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
